Tai Chi and Qi gong are great practices to improve one's health both physically and mentally. The desire of practising Wushu has born in Master Shen’s heart from an early age. Master Shen began practising Wushu at the age of seven and has discovered her love and passion for the sport, and since then, she never looks back and dedicated her life to learn and understand the essence of Wushu.

Master Shen has competed as an athlete in numerous national (China) and international tournaments and won many champion titles and Grand Champion titles. Regarded as a China’s expert in Wushu, Master Shen has coached many national and international Tai Chi champions.

Master Shen has founded Ming De Wushu Institute of Huzhou, ZhengJiang, China, one of the well established and successful Wushu institute in China. In her teaching, Master Shen emphasizes the development of courtesy, respect, and positive thinking as she believes that these fundamental learning philosophies will bring success in learning Wushu such as Tai Chi and Qigong. Her strong but kind personality creates an environment of relaxation and conļ¬dence for her students in learning the art of Tai Chi and Qigong.
